I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and my husband and I need some extra money before the baby arrives. I don’t have major complications, but I know that I couldn’t go work somewhere like Walmart and stand the whole time, so I am looking for a reliable at home job. I did qualify for Alpine Access Call Center Solutions, but one of their numbers needed to be local from me to them and the closest one was Colorado Springs, but I am in Pueblo and it is long distance, so I was unable to work for them at this time.
I have experience in office receptionist work and am highly skilled in all of Microsoft Office and the internet.
I know that with just looking on the internet for at home jobs, can be a down fall because a lot of them are scams.
If anyone knows of a good, reliable at home job to get into, that would be great information for me!

What is a great way to make money from home?
PLEASE HELP! I want to find great ways to make money from home. I’ve tried Avon, and it didn’t work out. I know there is Mary Kay too, but I don’t want to sell makeup. I’ve tried selling on Ebay, and that does pretty good up until you don’t have anything else to sell. Does anyone have any “at-home” jobs they could suggest to me. I am a stay-at-home mom, but my husband and I need a little extra income (that’s one reason our daughter isn’t in daycare) I don’t mind if it is selling things out of a book or working on the computer. I just don’t want it to be any kind of scam or something that you have to pay a bunch of money just to get started (that’s crazy anyway).

Recently purchased first home and moving to another state?
I purchased my first home a few months ago and will be moving to another state due to a better job offer. I know that trying to sell my home may not be in my best interest since I just got it, however, if I do – there is no pre-payment penalty on my loan.
My question is: Am I better off selling my house (have about $25k in equity) or renting it out and trying to buy a second home in the new state? Would I be able to buy a second home with having this first one? I have been told that I should be able to as long as I can prove the first one is rented out. Is this correct?
I go back and forth with selling because if the job offer doesnt work out, then I would always have a place to come back to if needed. If this would help in providing your answer – I currently live in Texas and will be moving to Colorado.
I would prefer answers from people who have mortgage/lending/real estate experience.

If you may return, keep it. Hopefully you can pretty much cover your mortgage with what you would charge for rent (and I think you might be able to, Texas still has low pricing, therefore your mortgage should be relatively low). And Texas is a long term state, but property value IS going up.
Before you go, you can also interview and choose the renter yourself, which is nice, instead of relying on a property management company to find you one.
Your loan for your new house (since you will be living there) will obviously be a primary residence loan, so that wold be up to a lender to work out the two. You have already closed escrow on your Texas house as primary, so yes, you would have to produce a rental agreement of some kind and let the underwriters at the bank sort it out. (You definitely have it in your favor that you are telling the truth on all this, most investors, myself included, have had to jump throughhoops and crazyness with double loans in other states and owner occupied clauses, etc.). You will also haveto show proof of work in the state, etc. To close primary on your CO home.
Generally though, the most expensive of the two homes you own willend up being your primary residence (in the bank’s eyes). You need to go over all of this with a loan officer (a smart and talented one who knows what they are talking about).
The $25k in equity may not be as much as you think. Once you sell, minus 6% for brokerage fees and another $2k or so (I’m not familar with TX title fees) for sellers closing costs.

Early Release from Probation in Colorado-DV Charge?
I was charged with a misdemeanor with a DV enhancer.
I started probation on March 15th, 2010 and have to do 36weeks DV classes, 18months probation, and have deferred judgement. I am wanting to move back to my home state of FL Jan. 1st 2011 for a better paying job & to be with my family again. I currently live in Colorado with my girlfriend who was considered the victim in this case. The judge ordered the no contact order lifted so we have full contact as in we are able to live together we are both from FL and moved to CO together.
I have gone to my DV class every week
Paid my monthly probation on time every month
Passed my drug test
I was transfered to the low-risk offenders probation because I was doing everything I had to do
I do not have any criminal history
What are the chanced the judge will grant me early release at the end December?
I will have finished my 36 DV classes by then & will served 9 out of the 18month probation. It is just very complicated with a DV case to transfer states ( i have already looked into it with my probation officer) it would be better if I was able to get early release for good behavior.
Does anyone know how to go about trying to get early release?
My new PO officer does not work for the state the company she works for is contracted out and she is not very knowledgeable about the probation world at all.
How long does this process take.
I have done some research but am looking for additional helpful info from anyone that has been through this or is knowledgeable.

Transferring the probation to Florida is a very simple process if the probation office in the county where you choose to live is in agreement, but an early termination is always possible, but talk to the state attorney who prosecuted you DV case and try to get them to agree with it before going to court, if they do it will be formalities and the judge will release you early.

You already have a two year plan, but it has to be specific, like how much will you be earning in two years. The most important question is Why do you want to earn that much, what is the reason. The more compelling the reason, the more likely it is that you are going to make it happen because from a “Want” it becomes a “Must”.
Once it becomes a must, you have to focus your mind on achieving it.

A Chinese saying; A journey of a thousand miles, starts with the first step.

Break down the 2 year plan into quarterly plans or milestones, the first quarter into monthly milestones, turn the first month into weekly actions, and then the coming week into daily actions.
Every day just do whatever your daily action plan is don’t worry about tomorrow, just get today’s action plan done. Make this a routine task. Somedays (not to many please) you might not do it, don’t worry just do it the next day (take two days off every week, rest your mind do something else)
Review every month (if possible weekly), and compare your plan to your results. This will keep you on track. Once this becomes a routine you will be well on your way.

Keyword saturation is always shown as a chunk of the total word content on a specified net page.
